Story & Plot:

Sweet Home Season 2 continues the story of Cha Hyun-su and the survivors of Green Home after they leave the apartment building behind. The monster outbreak has spread, and the survivors now have to face a much larger and more dangerous world.

Hyun-su is separated from the other survivors and becomes connected to Pyeon Sang-wook, whose body is being controlled by Jung Ui-myeong. Meanwhile, the Green Home survivors reach a stadium that has become a temporary shelter for people trying to survive the outbreak. They are protected by a military unit known as the Crow Platoon.

As the survivors try to build a new life, they discover that the outside world is not safe. Monsters continue to appear, and people are also changing in mysterious ways. The survivors begin to question who they can trust and whether every monster is truly a threat.

At the same time, Hyun-su is taken to Bamseom Headquarters, where Dr. Lim and his team are conducting experiments in an attempt to understand monsterization and develop a possible vaccine. Hyun-su’s unusual condition makes him especially important to their research.

Seo Yi-kyung also becomes an important part of the story as she joins the military while searching for answers about her missing fiancé. Her journey leads her closer to the mystery behind the outbreak and the strange changes happening to people.

As the season progresses, the survivors become divided by fear, mistrust, and different ideas about how to survive. Hyun-su continues struggling between his human side and the monster inside him, while the world around him becomes increasingly unpredictable.

The season expands the story beyond Green Home and focuses on survival, humanity, fear, trust, and the question of what truly makes someone a monster.
