Story & Plot:
The story follows a young employee who starts working for a new boss. At first, the employee believes that the boss is unfair because the boss often criticizes their work and gives important tasks to another colleague.
Because of this, the employee develops a bias against the boss. They begin to interpret every decision negatively, without trying to understand the reasons behind it.
One day, the employee makes a serious mistake on an important project. Instead of humiliating or firing them, the boss patiently explains the mistake and helps them correct it. The employee then discovers that the colleague who seemed to receive special treatment had actually been given difficult responsibilities because of their previous experience.
The employee realizes that their judgment was influenced by personal assumptions rather than facts. They apologize to the boss and learn an important lesson: bias can affect the way we see people and situations, so we should try to understand before judging.
